Our accessibility target

This site is built and tested against WCAG 2.2 Level AA. No independent audit has been commissioned, so this is a statement of the standard we build to, not a certification.

What we have checked

Semantic landmarks, one h1 per page, and heading order without skipped levels
A skip link to main content
Keyboard operation throughout, including the product tabs and the two-step form
Visible focus on every interactive element
Interactive targets meeting the 24 by 24 CSS pixel minimum
No horizontal scrolling from 390px to 1920px
Reduced-motion support that disables all transitions and reveals
Form fields with real labels, and errors announced through an error summary
Status conveyed by text and shape, never by colour alone

What still needs independent verification

Screen reader testing with NVDA, JAWS and VoiceOver
Verification at 400 per cent zoom on every page
Windows High Contrast Mode across all components
Independent third-party audit

These are listed because an accessibility statement that only lists successes is not much use to the person who needs it.
