Customer and Noustiq roles

The intended deployment model is for the customer to control the account and contact data and for Noustiq to process it on documented instructions. The final legal roles depend on the actual deployment and must be confirmed in the signed agreement.

What the agreement covers

Subject matter, duration, nature and purpose of processing
Categories of data subject and personal data
Confidentiality obligations on personnel with access
Technical and organisational security measures
Subprocessor engagement and notification
Assistance with data subject requests
Breach notification timelines
Deletion or return of data on termination
Audit and information rights

Obtaining it

A deployment-specific agreement must be completed before production processing. Request the current data processing terms from hello@noustiq.com. You can request it before signing so the data-processing terms can be reviewed in advance.
